About Us
Our law firm was formed in 2001 when Ken Lypkie and Janice Henderson-Lypkie took on the challenge of opening their own business. Together they brought a depth of knowledge in Wills and Estates to serve their clients from their previous positions in the legal industry. The couple worked hard to expand their business while raising their three children, Tyler, Jessica, and Fraser.
As the needs of Ken’s and Janice’s clients evolved so did the firm. As a result Ken now handles a large volume of residential real estate transactions and Janice is able to assist clients with corporate, professional, and business needs. Their years of experience in practising law helps them guide clients to efficient and practical solutions.
The evolution of the firm continued further when their two sons, Tyler and Fraser, joined the practice. Tyler has developed a thriving employment law practice which primarily focuses on the needs of employees. Fraser is involved in adult guardianship and trusteeship matters, estate planning, and estate administration.
